We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items.

You have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding any issue with your purchase.


Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item:

  • Arrived defective or has a manufacturing fault

  • You received the wrong item

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos showing the issue

Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Size Policy

Every product page includes a detailed size chart.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing.

As the correct measurements are provided, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the correct size was shipped but does not fit your personal preference.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Return Shipping

If your return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Return shipping costs may be covered only if the error was our responsibility.

For all other situations, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We do not provide free return shipping labels for non-approved returns.


Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.
